Refund and subscription help.

VideoGPT is distributed through the App Store. Purchases, trials, renewals, and refunds follow Apple's billing flow.

App Store purchases

If you purchased through the App Store, manage the subscription from your Apple ID settings. Refund requests should be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Before purchase

The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price, renewal period, trial status, and cancellation terms before payment confirmation.

For non-billing product issues, email support@video-gpt.org. Do not send full payment card numbers or Apple ID passwords.
